1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website operated by Dyuti Advisory Services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the website.
2. Website information and advisory relationship
The material on this website is provided for general business information and educational purposes. It is not professional advice tailored to your circumstances and should not be treated as a substitute for an assessment of your organisation’s specific needs.
Visiting the website, reading an article, sending an enquiry or receiving an initial response does not create a client, consultant, fiduciary or other professional relationship. Any advisory engagement begins only when its scope, fees, responsibilities and other terms have been agreed in writing by Dyuti Advisory Services and the client.
3. Intellectual property and ownership
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all original material created for and published on this website—including its name and brand identity, Dyuti Advisory Services logo, written copy, articles, frameworks, service descriptions, graphics, layouts, visual presentation, audio, downloads and other content—is the intellectual property of Dyuti Advisory Services and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view this website and make reasonable personal or internal business use of its content. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, adapt, translate, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any protected material without prior written permission from Dyuti Advisory Services. No ownership right or licence is transferred to you by your use of the website.
Third-party names, trademarks, tools, photographs or other licensed material, where present, remain the property of their respective owners and are used only with the relevant permission or lawful basis. Nothing in these terms claims ownership over such third-party rights.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; misuse its forms; scrape or systematically extract its content; impersonate another person; or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Dyuti Advisory Services or any third party.
5. Enquiries and information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the enquiry form is accurate, relevant and lawful. Please do not include confidential, commercially sensitive or legally privileged information in an initial enquiry. Submission does not guarantee that Dyuti Advisory Services will accept an engagement.
6. Fees and payment for engagements
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. The fee for any engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or engagement letter before work begins, and that document governs the engagement.
SOP kits, templates and other digital documents are always payable in full in advance, regardless of price, and are delivered only after payment is received. The staged schedule below applies to consulting engagements only.
For consulting engagements with a total fee below ₹20,000, the full fee is payable in advance before work begins. For consulting engagements with a total fee of ₹20,000 or more, payment is made in three stages: 50% in advance before work begins, 30% when approximately half of the agreed work is completed, and the remaining 20% on completion and delivery of the engagement.
Advance and part-advance payments are non-refundable. They are received against the dates, resources and availability reserved for your engagement, and are credited towards the agreed fee. Fees for work already performed are likewise not refundable.
Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is not received. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them, and they are issued without GST, as the firm is currently below the registration threshold — the quoted fee is the full and final amount.
Digital documents and templates offered through the SOP Library page are delivered by email once payment is received. Because they are digital goods, they cannot be returned, and the amount paid is not refundable once the document has been delivered. Each document is licensed for use within a single business and may not be resold, republished or shared outside that business.
Payment safety: pay only through the QR code or bank details shown on dyutiadvisoryservices.org or printed on a Dyuti invoice; the beneficiary name must read Deepak Warrier. Dyuti will never ask for an OTP, PIN or card details, never sends UPI ‘collect’ requests, and never asks you to pay a different account by phone, SMS or message. If an instruction differs, do not pay — call +91 82476 24027 first.
Payments made in error: a payment is treated as made in error only if it is reported in writing to engage@dyutiadvisoryservices.org within 48 hours, before any document is delivered or work begins. Once the amount is confirmed as credited in our bank statement, it is returned within seven working days, only to the same account or UPI ID it came from — never to a different account, person, number or link. Duplicate or excess payments are returned the same way. Dyuti will not act on refund requests that ask for money to be sent elsewhere, and screenshots alone are not accepted as proof of payment or of a mistaken payment.
SOPs, templates, checklists and document libraries are experience-led, editable starting frameworks, not legal, tax, employment, safety, regulatory or industry-specific advice. They draw on Deepak Warrier’s professional operations and people-leadership experience, but cannot account for every organisation or future change. Before use, the buyer must review and adapt them to its structure, systems, risks, contracts, prevailing operating conditions and then-applicable requirements; assign suitable owners and approvers; remove guidance notes; obtain specialist review where needed; and review adopted documents whenever relevant circumstances change and at least annually. Dyuti Advisory Services does not warrant that an unmodified or outdated document will satisfy a particular law, certification, audit or business outcome.
7. Mode of delivery, meetings and travel
Dyuti Advisory Services works primarily on a remote basis. All meetings, progress discussions and periodic reviews are conducted through Zoom or Google Meet unless the client and Dyuti Advisory Services agree otherwise in writing.
All deliverables, reports, documents, templates and updates are shared with the client by email or through an agreed shared online location. The client is responsible for providing a working email address and the access, information and cooperation needed for the work to progress.
Where an engagement calls for a visit to the client’s office, facility or place of business, or travel to any other location at the client’s request, all associated costs — including travel, accommodation, meals and incidental expenses — are borne by the client and are additional to the agreed fee unless expressly stated otherwise in the proposal.
8. Accuracy and availability
Dyuti Advisory Services aims to keep website information accurate and current, but does not warrant that every item will always be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Services, availability, programme details and website content may be updated or withdrawn without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may suspend access for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Case studies are based on work undertaken during Deepak Warrier’s professional career and through Dyuti Advisory Services, as applicable. Client names and identifying details may be withheld or anonymised to preserve confidentiality. Stated outcomes reflect the circumstances of the relevant engagement and are illustrative, not a promise or guarantee of similar results.
9. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience. Dyuti Advisory Services does not control or endorse their content, availability, privacy practices or terms and is not responsible for loss arising from their use. You should review the applicable terms before using a third-party service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dyuti Advisory Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised when the website, services or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website or these terms.
