About Deepak Warrier
Ideas create businesses. Disciplined execution builds them.
That belief has shaped a working life that began part-time in 1997 and became full-time when I moved to Hyderabad in 2000. From frontline responsibilities to business operations and HR leadership, I have kept returning to one practical question: how can this business execute better?

years turning vision into execution
Our vision
An India where no good business is held back by the way it runs — where every founder's ambition is matched by operations strong enough to carry it.
We work towards businesses that grow beyond the founder's desk — decisions owned by capable people, processes that hold without supervision, and growth that feels earned and repeatable.
Our mission
To help founders and growing businesses turn intent into execution.
We bring 26+ years of operational and people leadership into the rooms where work happens — building clear processes, capable managers and honest numbers, so the business runs stronger on its own and the founder gets their time back.
I started working part-time in 1997 while completing my education. After graduating in 2000, I moved to Hyderabad and began working full-time. Starting early taught me lessons no classroom could: respect the work, understand the people doing it and never design a process from a distance.
Today, I partner with founders and leadership teams to bring structure where there is complexity, clarity where there is uncertainty and accountability where it matters most. Whether I am building a 180-day business plan, improving operational efficiency, implementing systems, strengthening customer conversion or developing future leaders, my focus remains the same: creating organisations that perform consistently and scale with confidence.
Over the years, I have led teams of more than 300 people and supported operations across 60+ centres. The settings have changed, but the work has consistently involved translating an objective into something people can understand, own and deliver.

The journey behind the work
Experience built across classrooms, shop floors, field teams and leadership rooms.
Education
I did my schooling and graduation in Anand, Gujarat. I studied at Anandalaya and graduated in 2000 as part of the first batch of SEMCOM—S. G. M. College of Commerce and Management—before completing an MBA in Human Resources from the National Institute of Business Management.
Working across languages
Kerala is where I come from, Gujarat is where I studied, and Hyderabad has been home since 2000. I am comfortable working across English, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu and Malayalam. It helps me connect naturally with founders, managers and frontline teams, understand local context and make change easier to explain and adopt.

Where I work
Based in Hyderabad since 2000. Most engagements run remotely on Zoom or Google Meet, with on-site visits where they genuinely help — across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Gujarat, and anywhere else the work can be done properly.

Cross-industry perspective
My career has taken me through very different operating environments. They include BPO and KPO, real estate, medical transcription, event management, edtech, and health and wellness. I also worked in financial-services field execution for a company supporting large QR-code deployment programmes associated with Amazon and Google Pay across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala.
That breadth matters. It has taught me not to force one industry’s answer onto another, while recognising the recurring fundamentals: clear ownership, usable processes, capable managers, honest numbers and consistent follow-through.

My leadership philosophy
I believe great teams are built on trust, respect and accountability. I have always celebrated my team’s achievements before my own, while quietly focusing on building systems, developing people and creating an environment where everyone can do their best work. Experience has also taught me that creating value is only part of leadership—communicating that value is equally important.
Outside work, I enjoy cooking, music and reading, and I remain a lifelong learner. These interests keep me curious, give me perspective and bring fresh ideas back to the workplace. I also believe a successful career should complement, not compromise, family life. The best leaders lead with clarity, patience and perspective—and those qualities are nurtured both inside and outside the workplace.

About Dyuti Advisory · Hyderabad · Est. 2024
Businesses don't struggle for lack of ideas. They struggle when growth outruns the way things run.
Dyuti Advisory is a business operations and people consulting practice based in Hyderabad, working with founders and growing businesses across India.
Formally registered. Dyuti Advisory Services is a registered micro enterprise with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India — Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-TS-20-0217872, classified under management consultancy activities (NIC 70200), District Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana.
What worked with five people rarely works with fifty. The founder becomes the person everyone queues up for, processes live in somebody's head, and good people work hard without knowing what matters most. Dyuti Advisory exists for businesses not yet big enough for a full-time operations chief, but too big to run on memory and goodwill.
We start by listening, then build only what the business needs — a clear SOP, meaningful KPIs, a stronger performance rhythm, or fractional operations leadership. The goal is a business that runs stronger on its own, and a founder who gets their time back.
- Stronger systems
- Clearer ownership
- More capable managers
- Better visibility
- More consistent execution
Clarity in operations. Strength in people. Intent turned into execution.
